Day 1
Arrive Beijing ()
On arrival in Beijing, you will be met & transferred by our professional English speaking guide to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.
Day 2
Beijing (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at hotel. Full day city excursion to Tiananmen Square-the largest square in the world, Forbidden City-imperial palace of Ming and Qing Dynasty, and Temple of Heaven-here ancient emperors prayed for good harvest. Lunch at good Peking Roasted Duck restaurant. You can choose the Peking Opera Show (or Chinese Kungfu show) as optional in the evening.
Day 3
Beijing (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at hotel followed by full day trip to the Great Wall at Badaling, the Ming Tombs and the Sacred Way with lunch at local Chinese restaurant.
Day 4
Beijing/Xian (B/L/D)
Buffet breakfast at hotel, then transfer to the railway station for bullet train to Xian-the ancient capital of China. Upon arrival meet and transfer the hotel. Lunch at local restaurant followed by visit to Shaanxi Historical Museum, Ancient City Wall. Dumpling Dinner at a good dumpling restaurant.
Day 5
Xian (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at hotel. Full day excursion to world famous Terracotta Warriors and Horses with circle movie showed before returning to the city for visit of the big wild Goose Pagoda and the the Courtyard of Family Gaowith Shadow Puppet Show enjoying. Lunch at good local restaurant. You can choose the Tang Dynasty dinner Show as optional in the evening (highly recommended, as it is the best show in China).
Day 6
Xian/Lhasa (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at hotel. Transfer to the airport for flight to Lhasa. Meet and transfer to hotel. Free at leisure to acclimatize yourself to high altitude.
Day7
Lhasa (B/L)
Full day trip to Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Street.
Day 8
Lhasa (B/L)
Full day trip to Drepung Monastery, Sera Monastery, Norbulingka and the Carpet Factory.
Day 9
Lhasa/Zhongdian(B/L)
Free at leisure until to be transferred to the airport for flight to Zhongdian(capital city of Deqen Tibetan Auto. Pref.), where is close to Tibet and known as Shangri-La / a hidden paradise in James Hilton’s 1993 novel--- Lost Horizon. Meet and transfer to hotel.
Day 10
Zhongdian (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at hotel. In the morning Visit Sudu Lake, Bita Lake and Tibetan villages. In the afternoon Visit Grand Gedan Songzang Linsi, back to the town.
Day 11
Zhongdian/Lijiang (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at hotel ,then drive to Lijiang. Visit first Bend of Yangtze River and Tiger Leaping Gorge on the road. Upon arrival, visit Wanggu Building to get a bird's view of the whole Ancient City of Lijiang.
Day 12
Lijiang (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at hotel. Visit Suhe Naxi people's village, Baisha Murals in Baisha Naxi village and Black Dragon Pool.
Day 13
Lijiang/Dali (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at hotel, then drive to Dali, taste the famous Three Flavours of Tea (Sandao Tea) and visit the local Bazaar, then enjoy the beautiful rural scenery by HORSE carriage. Lunch at the local Bai's family. Visit Erhai Lake in the afternoon. Stroll Dali old town in the evening.
Day 14
Dali/Kunming (B/L)
In the morning, visit Three Pagodas of Chongshen Monastery. Transfer to the railway station to catch the fast train(about 2 hours) to Kunming in the afternoon. Upon arrival meet and transfer to the hotel.
Day 15
Kunming (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at hotel, then drive to the Stone Forest, one of China's most remarkable natural phenomena located 90 km southeast of Kunming. In the afternoon, visit Western Hill, visit the famous "Dragon Gate".
Day 16
Kunming/Guilin (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at hotel. Visit the Flower and Bird Market in the old part of Kunming city and Yunnan Province Museum, then transfer to the airport for flight to Guilin. Upon arrival meet and transfer to the hotel.
Day 17
Guilin (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at hotel. Enjoy the Li River cruise with lunch on board. The ship will disembark in Yangshuo. Stroll at the famous West Street-where you could buy some small souvenirs for relatives and friends. on this way back, driver will give you several stops somewhere for taking pictures of rice paddies and water buffaloes.
Day 18
Guilin/Shanghai (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at hotel. Visiting Elephant Trunk Hill and the Reed Flute Cave in the morning. Transfer to the airport for flight to Shanghai in the afternoon. Upon arrival meet and transfer to the hotel. You can also choose the Acrobatic Show as optional in the evening.
Day 19
Shanghai (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at hotel. Visit the Bund, Nanjing Road, Jade Buddha Temple and the Yu Garden.You can also choose the Acrobatic Show as optional in the evening.
Day 20
Shanghai Departure (B)
Buffet breakfast at hotel. Free until transfer to the airport for flight to the next destination.
